Choose the Right Trailer Cover Size
For the best fit, measure the inside length and width of your trailer body, then measure from the top edge of the trailer to the highest point of the frame or cage. Match those measurements to the size guide below. If your trailer is not an X-Trailers model, confirm the actual body and frame dimensions before ordering.
- 600 mm cover: suited to a lower frame or cage and compact loads.
- 900 mm cover: provides additional height for taller cages and bulkier loads.

Fitment and Care
Secure every attachment point before travel, keep the cover clear of sharp edges and check the tension after loading. Use suitable trailer parts and accessories or crossbars and frames to support the cover and reduce water pooling. Allow a wet cover to dry before long-term storage.

How do I know which trailer cover size to order?
Measure the trailer body’s inside length and width, then the frame or cage height. Select the closest matching listed size and confirm the dimensions before purchase.
What is the difference between 600 mm and 900 mm covers?
The height option refers to the cover profile. Choose 600 mm for a lower frame or cage and 900 mm when you need more clearance for a taller cage or load.
Will this cover fit another trailer brand?
It may, but fit depends on the trailer’s actual body, frame and cage dimensions. Measure carefully rather than relying only on the nominal 6x4, 8x5 or other size label.
Can the cover be used while towing?
Yes, when correctly sized and securely fastened. Check all fittings before travel and stop to recheck the cover if conditions change.

RETURNS POLICY
We have a 5-year warranty for all our trailer frames, and a 1-year warranty for the parts from the date of purchase.
You can return trailers purchased from us for a replacement or repair, if there is any manufacturing defect. For trailer parts purchased from us, we accept returns for a replacement, repair, or refund due to manufacturing defects.
Wherever possible, we will endeavour to repair any fault to a factory standard and return it to you at no extra charge, if it is still within the period of warranty.
If repair is not possible or practical, we will replace it with the same or similar product or exchange it for any of X-trailer’s products of the same value as your original purchase.
